At SEC, quality is not an afterthought — it's built into every phase of the project. Our QA/QC program ensures that every pile, rack, and module installation meets engineering specifications and project requirements from the first foundation to final commissioning.

Inspection & Documentation
Every pile is inspected and logged for embedment depth, refusal criteria, and alignment tolerances. Our field teams maintain detailed daily QA/QC records, giving project owners and engineers full traceability across the entire site.

Engineering Compliance
All installations are performed to project-specific engineering specifications and geotechnical requirements, with adjustments made in real time when soil conditions vary — including documentation of any side-drilling or remediation performed on individual piles.

Field Verification
Our crews perform ongoing torque checks, racking alignment verification, and structural tolerance checks throughout installation, catching and correcting issues before they impact downstream phases of the project.

Continuous Improvement
Lessons learned from each project are fed back into our crew training and field procedures, ensuring consistency and improving quality across every job, regardless of site conditions
